One-Shot #14: Wonder Woman Whining

This week, the upcoming Man of Steel sequel got another confirmed cast member — Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman! Predictably, the internet started to have a hissy fit. This week, Blake takes on the Wonder Woman Whiners, as well as those getting huffy over Indiana Jones, and asks for your suggestions for this year’s Showcase Christmas Marathon.

And what’s cool this week? It’s a triple dose of cool with Earth 2 #18, Amazing X-Men #2 and Disney’s newest animated film, Frozen.

After a week of throatal-type symptoms, Blake’s voice is shot, friends, and unable to talk he won’t be able to record a 2 in 1 Showcase podcast. BUT — that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to listen to this week! Earlier in the week, he joined the good folks of Flying Island Press for an episode of the Galley Table podcast, in which they discuss writing comic books and the challenge of bringing superheroes out of comics into novels, movies, and television.
